Teva Men’s Abbett Sandal for $43

If you like wearing closed toe sandals, especially if you live or work in situations where you can wear these after the summer, this is a good time of the year to begin looking for deals on the well-known brands.

Case in point, the new condition Teva Men’s Abbett Sandal, in either black or brown, are available in some of their available sizes on sale, for just $43 per pair! It looks like they are sold by Zappos (Amazon company) with the orders fulfilled by Amazon, so you get free shipping and since it’s a “clothing item”, you also get free returns without issues.

Being TEVA, they are more reliable that the semi-disposable stuff you find at BIG 5 and Kohls and such. They average 4.3 out of 5 based on over 550 customer reviews.

If you prefer a lower price, you can always keep an eye on the listing and wait for further discounting 🙂

Six Boxes of 18ct STASH Cinnamon Vanilla Herbal Tea for $5 [limit four]

Fall is here, the days are getting shorter, the temperature dropping, the wind picking up. It’s time for some hot tea at night! And if you don’t want to get all buzzed up with caffeine before sleep, how about some herbal tea?

Actually LOTS of herbal tea. For a limited time, Amazon is offering six boxes of the STASH Cinnamon Vanilla Herbal Tea for $5.10. Each box has 18 tea bags. So you are getting over 100 tea bags for $5, that’s around 20 tea bags per $1, a pretty good deal for Portland’s STASH tea!

But that’s not all. If a six-pack is not enough, during this promotion, you are allowed to buy up to four bundles. So, if you max out on the deal, you get over 400 tea bags and pay around $20.

There are different packaging options on the same listing, but it’s the same tea, it averages 4.6 out of 5 based on 49 customer reviews. The list of ingredients are shown over there:

What’s a “sarsaparilla” you ask? Wikipedia has the answers, and the obligatory disambiguations, because there’s two different things with the same name, in the Americas and in India.

TWO CATCHES

There are two catches however: these are currently marked as ADD-ON items, so you must place an order of $25+, otherwise their computers won’t let you buy them. If you max out, that’s $20.40, so you’d need another $5 or more to get over the $25 hump.

The other catch is that the shipping estimate is currently “1 to 2 months”. Often these are modest estimates, so customers won’t be upset if there are delays, but if you need this by a specific date for a specific event and such, don’t count on it getting to you earlier than the estimate.

Kenwood NX-340U16P2 Two Watt Digital UHF Nexedge Professional Business Radio for $270 after coupon

This is a specialty item, but if you need it, you are in luck, because, for a limited time, Amazon has a 10% off clip-on coupon promotion on the new condition Kenwood NX-340U16P2 Two Watt Digital UHF Nexedge Professional Business Radio. You don’t need to enter any text, you just clip the coupon at the appropriate place.

If you don’t see a clip-on coupon, it means the promotion expired. The coupon is a 10% off discount, so what you pay depends on the item’s price. As of the time of writing, the price is $300, so the coupon drops it off to $270.

There are four different models sitting on the same product listing, so when you are looking at pictures, and specifications and reviews and such, make sure they correspond to the product you are interested in!

Lucky Rewards Members: Get 2000 Points ($20 buying power) on $100 Gift Card purchases (select options)

Back to Lucky’s again! If you are going to go there to stock up on Ben & Jerry this weekend, or plan to shop there at any time until the close of business on Tuesday 9/26/17, they have a gift card promotion for Lucky Rewards members!

If you $100 in any combination of participating gift cards, you will receive 2000 Lucky Rewards points in your account. The buying power of 2000 points is $20 (or better). Sometimes Lucky has promotions that get you an even better deal for your points. For example, until 9/26/17, 1800 points get you a $20 off discount on your next Lucky’s transaction. What I’m trying to say is that you may get a better than 20% off virtual round-about discount if the offers work for you.

There are some solid gift card options here, including Macy’s, Starbucks, Google PLAY (rarely discounted on their own), Lowe’s, Kohls, and more!

Lucky’s (Sept 22-24): Buy TWO Ben & Jerry Ice Cream Pints for $4 Total

If you are a fan of Ben and Jerry pints of ice cream, we have great news for you! Rent a U-Haul and head over to Lucky’s grocery stores between Friday morning through Sunday night. They have a two for $4 promotion on pints of B&J ice cream! You have to buy in multiples of two to get the $2 per pint price.

IF you buy one pint, the price is not bad either, but it’s more: it’s $3 for the pint. There’s no coupon code to enter, their cash register automatically adjusts prices. But as always, double check before paying or at least before leaving the store, so you can fix it without having to return to the store!

The promotion runs Friday-Sunday, September 22-24 in 2017 at Lucky’s B&M grocery stores.

Pre-order Season 2 of Shannara Chronicles for $10 in HD

For a limited time only, you can pre-order Season 2 of The Shannara Chronicles in HD and without ads, for just $10 at Amazon Instant Video. That’s the whole season. You will get the episodes as they become available. Season 2 has not began yet.

Season 2 of the TV series, based on the Terry Brooks long-standing book series, will begin October 11 in 2017 according to epguides.

One unusual thing about this TV show is that season 1 was running on MTV, but for season 2, the TV show is moving to Spike TV, which has been making some noise about moving towards more scifi and fantasy type of content.

This is a limited time promotion, but I do not know when it expires. It may be an introductory offer because of the potential confusion created with the transition from MTV to Spike.

Peets Rewards: Triple Points on $10+ purchases

If you are participating in the Peet’s Rewards program and you like to buy coffee beans or ground coffee or boxed tea at their local B&M stores, or like to buy drinks for friends and family, good until 9/24/17, they are running a new promotion that gets you Triple Points every time you make a purchase of $10+ during the promotional period.

With regular rewards, 15 points (15 separate purchases) translate to any FREE handcrafted drink of your choice, any size, any combination. With this triple rewards offer, only five separate purchases (over $10+) can get you any free drink of your choice.

So if you were planning to buy two pounds of coffee and a box of loose leaf tea, instead of buying them all together, space them out during multiple visits, so each order is $10+ 🙂

Their new fall items should also be trickling in. Remember, you can get to $10+ with any combination of drinks, food, coffee cups, coffee beans, etc. Just make sure you pay for all of them in one transaction 🙂

Pay $5, Get $10 Peets e-Gift Card [invited shoppers only!]

Speaking of Peet’s Coffee, Living Social (now owned by Groupon ~ which is why their website looks a lot like Groupon with a different paint job) has an invite-only promotion an electronic Peets e-gift card. Invite-only offers work only if you received an email from LivingSocial that you are eligible for the promotion. Or you can login to your account and try to buy it and see if it allows you or not.

To cut a long story short, for a limited time, you can get a $10 Peets e-Gift Card for $5. That’s a 50% off discount, a great deal for sure! You can use the gift card at the Peets B&M stores or their website.

This particular promotion is good on either hand-crafted cold brew drinks (eg black tie or cold brew fog), or any of the bottled (ready-made) cold brews.

Unlike previous offers, this particular promotion can be used as many times as you like during this promotional period, so if you are a fan of Cold Brews, drink away 🙂

If you have the Peetniks app installed, and you haven’t turned off notifications, your phone should be informing you of these. Or if you hate Notifications, you can find the promotions in the “Inbox” of the app:

If you are a regular shopper at Lucky’s and you make $10+ purchases on most visits, and you like Farberware, you may be thrilled to learn that the “Earn Free Farberware” promotion has returned and it’s running until February 6 in 2018, so you have plenty of time (almost five months from today).

You earn one Stamp every $10 spent there. If your purchase is under $10, you earn nothing. They also run promotions at times for more stamps or bonus stamps when purchasing specific products. You have until 2/20/2018 to redeem your stamps for free Farberware products. If you don’t redeem them, they expire.

Free Cooking Class and Vudu Credit among T-Mobile 9/19/17 Tuesday Freebies

It’s all about media on the Tuesday 9/19/17 T-Mobile Tuesday. An all-time favorite is returning, the $5.50 Vudu store credit, which, during the promotional period, you can use to buy and rent any combination of movies and TV shows. You can use the promo credit on one or multiple (eg rent five 99c movies). This is different from the FandangoNOW offer which can only be used on one item even if that item is 99c.

The other good thing is a MasterChef online class and accompanying e-cookbook. This is the first time this offer has been with the Tuesdays, so I do not know any more details on what it is or how it works.

The other two offers are very meh coupons, some hotel thing, and even more meh, restaurant.com nonsense. We do not mince words here 🙂

25% off Lara Bar 16-pack Clip-ON coupon returns!

Lara Bar fans, unite and take over! The 25% off clip-on coupons are back again at amazon.com for a number of flavors (but not all of them) in 16-packs. As usual, the clip-on coupons work only if Amazon actual (not marketplace sellers) are the seller of a product.

Better yet, the clip-on coupons work on both a normal price or a “Subscribe and Save” (SaS) purchase. Keep in mind, if you do a SaS, the coupon only applies to the first purchase. Subsequent purchases will be based on the future current price of an item.

If you haven’t tried these before, try some of the Coconut flavors, or the Cashew Cookie which only has two ingredients (cashews and dates) and nothing more.

The coupon drops a $15~ 16-pack down to $11.50-ish, making them under 75c per bar.
