No, we have not turned into a coffee blog 🙂 But there is some coffee-related deal action in the post Valentine’s season, and if you have a Peet’s Coffee Hause [that’s the artsy way of spelling it] near you, between 12pm and 5pm local time, between February 24 and March 9 in 2016, you can get half off (50% off) the purchase of any handcrafted beverage (not good for pre-packaged bottled drinks).

You have to show the coupon (print or on mobile device) or mention the promotion to the barista. These are pretty popular offers, so typically all you have to do is mention the half off promotion and the barista will enter the magic codes on the register to drop the price.

This is a good opportunity to try out their “Custom Lattes” since they are more expensive than their regular, but also more adventurous since you are mixing and matching. So if you pay half the price, you would be more willing to experiment with different combinations!

The offer is only good at Peet’s stand alone stores and their few Capital One locations. It is not good at airports or grocery stores or other type of licensed stores. Their email announcing the offer has all the fineprint at the bottom of the email.

The fall promotions are rolling in faster now, it’s harvest season after all, and the halloween candy are blooming on every aisle 🙂 Good between September 10 until the close of business on Monday September 14 in 2015, at Peet’s stores, this new coupon (sent to customers in their email list but good for everyone) offers you a free Small Hot or Cold drink when you purchase an eligible food item (it has to be a salad or pastry or oatmeal or other fresh items). You don’t have to print it, show it on mobile, or just mention it to the barista.

Starbucks is not the only one running special promotions. At Peet’s Coffee stores, between August 27 and 31st in 2015, you can get a small Mayan Mocha or Pumpkin Latte for FREE if you purchase it together with a pastry or oatmeal or fresh food item. You can show the email or simply mention the offer to the cashier. That’s right friends, Fall Season is officially here 🙂 The new flavors can be used on any drink, just ask the barista. But this particular promotion is for these two drinks. You can use it as many times as you like during this promotion.

Coupon action of the coffee shop variety now. Peet’s stores have a new coupon for their brick and mortar stores, between August 3-18 in 2015, if you visit the store after 12pm local time, and purchase any cold beverage (iced or Javiva (artists formerly known as the Freddos) Blended drinks), and show the coupon, you can get 50% off the drink. This applies to any size and any combination of add-ons. So if you want to go big, or try different flavor combinations, this coupon is your enabler 🙂

You can show the coupon to your barista from your smartphone or tablet or even laptop. You don’t have to print it. You can even send it to your e-book reader (take screenshot, email it to your Kindle e-mail address, and it will appear there) if you like to read at coffee shops, so you don’t need to take anything else with you.

With the temperatures going up, Peet’s Coffee stores are jumping in on the iced coupon game. Between June 11-20 in 2015, after 12pm local time, you can get 25% off iced beverages and Javiva blended drinks. Javiva is a new name for their Freddo drinks, think along the lines of Frappuccinos. You can print the coupon or show it on your mobile device or mention it to the cashier there. You can use it as many times as you like. The usual restrictions apply, you can use it at “real” Peet’s stores, not the ones in supermarkets or airports or other such locations.
