The dates dominate the texture and flavor of the base ingredients (almonds, cashews, egg whites), so perhaps that’s why my favorite are some of the darker options that blend well with dates (chocolate, coffee). The Coconut Chocolate rounds out my top 3. It’s not that the others taste bad, but the date-synergy is best with the aforementioned. Of the other options, “Maple Sea Salt” is not bad. The blueberries are kinda strange combination (I love blueberries), the “Pumpkin Spice” is as it sounds. The only one I haven’t tasted yet is the red “Apple Cinnamon”.
