This new promotion runs July 21-27 in 2015 and gets you 25% off the purchase of any hand-crafted espresso beverage. It is promo code 595 (you show it to the cashier when ordering). You can only use it once during this promotional period.
I don’t know if these offers are sent to everyone who has a Rewards account or they target them by activity or region or other categories. In this case it is easy to test it, the coupon will either work or will not work when you try it. But in general, to be on the safe side with these offers, make sure you see the offer in your email or Starbucks app!
