If you missed the Starbucks Black Friday offers on their Verismo 600 pod coffee brewing machine, fear not! The promotion is back and slightly better. Between December 18-24 in 2015, at participating Starbucks brick and mortar stores, you can buy their Verismo 600 along with a free box of coffee pods, and 12 bonus Rewards Stars for $59 plus tax (if your state collects sales tax). You have to pay for this with the Starbucks app or with a gift card registered to your rewards account. You will also earn the standard 1-star from the purchase.
The 12 starts have a value of the most expensive items you can get in the store, for example, one of those $6.50 lunch options or a complicated frappuccino drink. You can use this offer as many times as you like, so if you want to buy it as a gift for other people, you can still pile on the bonuses 🙂
TIP: there are some 3rd-party pods available that let you use your own coffee, so you don’t have to keep buying the Starbucks-branded pods. It is more effort to refill them, it kinda takes a bit away from the convenience, but it’s up to you to decide where to draw the line on price vs convenience.
