Shipping is typically $6 flat per box. This is a fairly flexible offer, there are probably close to 200 different items eligible for the promotion (I am guestimating based on the rows of widgets over there). It includes a variety of consumables and household good that should make it easy to find four items that are useful enough and at a reasonable price to trigger the free shipping.
Speaking of which, separately, they have a number of coupons that are specifically designed for Prime Pantry products. Again, because Amazon is trying to make a push for this relatively new service, you may get better discounts than usual.
