Don’t forget to take advantage of the previously mentioned Starbucks BINGO offer. If you are a frequent shopper there, you should be able to get the whole of the 300 Bonus Stars. This is no small amount. 300 bonus stars are two full rewards plus another 50 points (40% of a full reward).
But time won’t stand still! Starbucks is back with the “After 2pm” Dash. You have to manually opt-in to this offer, so check your email (associated with your Starbucks account) or the app to see if you have been invited. You have to first click the “Join the Dash” button in their email before you earn any bonuses. This is YMMV, I don’t know if every customer gets every offer.
The promotion is the same as before, five transactions after 2pm local time, between March 14-20 in 2017, get you 50 bonus stars, and seven transactions get you 100 bonus stars. So those extra two transactions get you the same bonus as the first five.
These are transactions, not visits, not separate days. So if you buy a coffee at 3pm and a brownie at 3:25pm and a cake pop at 4:05pm, and a latte at 4:45pm, and a Perrier at 5:06pm, you already earned the 50 bonus points on that same day! If you want to go crazy and stay the night, and say you get a banana at 6:04pm and a frappuccino at 6:56pm, there you are, you already had seven purchases in a single afternoon and you get the 100 bonus total 🙂
